Shoe Size Guide

Shoe sizing can be confusing but let Dainty Bear take the stress out of this by following our detailed sizing guide so you can measure your child's foot to ensure you select the perfect size for them!

Measuring Shoe Size at Home

If Your Child Can't Stand
Please use a tape measure to measure your babies foot in socks from the top of the big toe to the back of the heel

If Your Child Can Stand
It is best to measure your child's foot while they are standing if possible to ensure a proper measurement. Place your child standing in socks on a piece of paper on a hard floor. Clearly mark on the paper their heel and their big toe, remove their foot from the paper, and measure the length of the marks in cm to find the best fit on our chart below.

Once your child's foot is measured you are ready to compare against our sizing chart below - this is an important step and should not be skipped!  Please add at least 2cm growing room

It is important to measure and compare with our size guide as other brands and measurements may vary.

If you are right between sizes, we recommend sizing up to allow your little one some extra time to grow into and wear the shoes. All Dainty Bear footwear is 100% leather which means they will stretch up to a half size when worn regularly.
