How Do I Exchange an Item ?
If for any reason your items aren't suitable you can exchange unworn products in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of your purchase date.

For your exchange please pack your item(s) in their original internal packaging with a note stating your name and order number. We will provide you with a tracked return label for your return at a discounted postal rate. Please note we will not accept unauthorised returns
How Do I return an item?

As a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products that you buy from us online. If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must tell us no later than 14 days after the date you receive the last of your items and you must return your items to us within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will let you know whether you need to return the item to us and if you wish to reject the item you must return it to us. Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
First, we're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us with further details of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or on our contact us page. One of our team will be more than happy to look into this for you and get back with an update.
How long does it take to process my return?
It usually takes less than 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 business days. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop along the way.
How can I track the status of my return?
We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account after the refund has been processed.
